RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

They have to commercialize the dermal injector ASAP to bring in revenue. As soon as they do they will get a royalty payment of 500,000 plus any units sold - they have no other option but to commercialize this

shiseido are likely going to want this product too so it's in everyone's interest that this gets to market and shiseido can buy Replicel out after then
