Good Point on the why he's investing in the company...   he was investing back then as well.

Was there ever a filing on any sells he might have done? Or late filing?

The point is Investors  have already lost faith in the Ceo  long ago -> but there is a following that believe in the technology 
And I am one of those for this reason  I remain long.
