RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - HPQ Secures Third-Fumed Silica NDA, as Interest in Testing of Its Commercial-Grade Silica Material Continues to Grow The game is on, IMO. I wouldn't worry too much about timelines mentioned here. Well before that date one of the NDA's may result in a buyout of HPQ Silica Polvere Inc. or some preliminary agreements about use of HPQ / PYR technology, building more plants etc. Plse note something like "Fumed Silica will be monetized first", Bernard has said couple of times in recent interviews.
Plse also remember Bernard used the abbreviation of LFSM (LARGE Fumed Silica Manufacturers. We're talking about the big boys of this industry sector. And of course, they're all very much aware of their colleagues/competitors being interested in this clean and highly efficient FSR technology. I guess none of them wants their competitors to run away with it.
I believe talks with potential customers are very, very concrete at the moment. Just look at to-days official Press Release, Reference Sources remarks [1] :
Once again, Pyrogenesis participation in the NDA agreements is done at HPQ's express request.
Very good news, also for Pyrogenesis, that process modifications for Precipitated and/or Fused Silica can almost TRIPLE the addressable market for HPQ Polvere FSR technology.
And we all know Pyrogenesis can convert her 10% royalties for any HPQ Polvere sales into a 50% ownership of HPQ Polvere AT ANY TIME they want.
Interesting times, very interesting times, both for HPQ and PYR.
