SubPrime
SubPrimeIn the summer of 2007 all was well and stock market highs with 5%rates, till it all came crashing down in record time, creating one of the steepest recessions in generational history.
Now we have had a very tightening cycle off record low rates, on both ends of the curve. And all this hasn't even been absorbed yet... should start to be working through the system now and going into next year.
Credit risk spreads fast.
Will history repeat?
Not long ago 10 year slightly over 3% seemed high.
I would love to see it, just to see the egg on the central bankers face.
We need rates back at 3-4% and inflation rate new normal at 3.5%. Everyone wins!
