CELL Feature on Resource World

CELL Feature on Resource World
Insightful Resource World feature on Grid Battery Metals (CELL.v EVKRF) & its potential as an explorer positioned in Nevada with three highly prospective lithium projects: https://resourceworld.com/grid-battery-metals-is-staged-for-success-at-is-explores-for-lithium-in-nevada/

With commentary from CELL CEO Tim Fernback, the feature covers CELL's current lithium exploration programs in Nevada as well as their proposal to spin out its BC Nickel property subsidiary to the Canadian Securities Exchange as a future publicly traded company, offering a future share dividend to Grid's shareholders at no addition cost.

Leveraging its knowledge of the battery metals sector to create the next winner, CELL's management team has been successfully exploring battery metals required for electric vehicle production for over a decade with a number of successful exits from companies they created.

For example, the most recent company created was Surge Battery Metals (NILI) where they were responsible for the discovery of the Nevada North Lithium Project which recently announced results of up to 8,070 ppm lithium.

CELL now has three highly prospective lithium properties in Nevada:
  1. Texas Springs: Located directly adjacent to NILI's Nevada North Lithium project
  2. Clayton Valley: Directly north of Albemarle's (ALB) Silver Peak Lithium Project, North America’s only producing lithium mine.
  3. Volt Canyon: A unique exploration target covering alluvial sediments believed to have been sourced from claystone deposits.
Notably, future exploration programs on all three projects are fully funded through to the end of 2024 as Grid is sitting on $9 million cash in hand.
