RE:Artis REIT mentioned on BNN todayHe referred to the situation as a "creeping takeover". Stated insiders and affiliates own over 31%. Trading at 40% of BV (I assume he meant NAV), 10% yield and 67% payout ratio. Emphasized that there is a strong desire to privatize.
