RE:RE:RE:RE:how does this pass without a shareholder vote?Debra Demeza, I tried to connect with her on Linkedin, but after some quick searches she chose against it.
Interact something (Capital, investments, ???) had about 10% stake, and have been quietly and slowly building. 
Don may have built the business, but has no idea how to operate as a public company. You cannot just keep "giving away" shares. I'm not sure how this will end for us, but am certain that going public, with his mindset, will be very financially costly to him, unless he starts listening to some decent advisors.
I trust Flamingo, we have a long history, I don't trust many people though.
