He knew how to pump a shareprice but he didn't focus on cost and product quality. The SP may not be reflective of the new management team however they have indeed increased product quality and streamlined the operation.

Eventually (IMHO) the SP is going to correct to reflect changes in management and the advancements they have made to improve the business.
