RE:RE:Forget the dividend....The short term Hail Mary play is a suitor who sees value and offers a premium over market. It looks very much like the bungled dividend killed any momentum the stock may have won from higher prices. Not much on the market M+A wise and the AER casting a jaundiced eye on shedding clinkers in order to bail on ARO.

Long term, GXE will do fine unless the dividend bungle presents the BOD with management expertise jumping ship. All may not be serene under the surface as fingers are pointed internally. I suspect financial as opposed to technical chaps were behind the divvy push while the technical boffins wanted more capex for production enhancements or proving up new ground.
