Just waiting for q3 results
And waitng to see what they are going to do with 100 million working capital.
Are they going to by Rekor
They have to put the cash to use if they are not paying dividend or buying back stock.
If they dont buy Rekor they will have to look for another company to buy in order to grow quarterhill
