That's the problem when they make one of these filings I think there's certain rules where they can't buy every day. I think there's restrictions before earnings come out.  


But I am not 100% sure certain white or if there are restrictions when he can buy in that timeframe as an insider.

there was some big dying right at the end of the day one batch of a 200,000 shares

looks like around 4 / 5 batches around 50,000 shares. 

but that happened the other day also and I didn't mean anything so who knows.
