I seen this story many times before.
its got all the elements going against us for the last month in a big way.

but before that the last 18 months has been against us, because of interest rates rising.

nobody seems to care about the value of this reit it just sells off every day 5% is crazy and it's happened so many days when the market sells off of half a percent the riets go down 5% been consistently.

yields go up in US and Canada and the riets sell off big time again and again and again.    


all I can say, is this has to end eventually I can't say when, but we have to be getting close.  ( people love to ride the negative wave of things. Of course they should be buying this now, but no one will.)

 There's many many reits that are very cheap right now but no one seems to care tax loss selling has the end.

won't start buying until the news is good again which is who knows when ( new year ) 

 For me I'm sticking to my guns. I believe they were cheap months ago. I think they're much cheaper now I'm always early to the party. ( rarely wrong in the long run ) 

 I think it's extremely unfair that we have no information on this REIT until their earnings again and less they put out a press release because there's so many variables on what might or might not be sold at what price the market hates uncertainty and this is a huge reason this reits getting killed, but many others are getting killed also.
 

 I'm assuming they don't want to make a press release until something is 100% solid.  So we probably have to wait for November 15. ??   Earnings 

   We'll just have to painfully wait it out.
