RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Article No company will ever admit there's "someone at the table" UNTIL a formal offer is presented and reviewed. Seeking the "ideal candidate " may mean there are MULTIPLE offers and they will evaluate each offer for maximum value to shareholders. Offers could include shares of other companies/ shares plus cash/ or straight cash deal. Cynthia is a geologist not a deal maker...professionals were brought in for this.
I've lost track of how many of my mining stocks ended up being involved in deals (15ish) and In each case, there was no public knowledge or leaks. They come out of nowhere. What is common is the hammering of the share price for months before the deal. Sometimes word get out and volume spikes ... keep an eye out for that...however with this stocks share ownership structure tightly held this might be difficult
anyways ike Matlas said...the last few hours were a "bad dream".... hopefully soon we'll wake up and see his $30 share price and need to pinch ourselves to see if we're in a dream of our lives :)
