If we look at the recent asset sales in Canada it's almost impossible to fathom in a worst case scenario their properties could be worth so little given the valuable location - yes, location matters! I still think there is value here, significant opportunity. The biggest risk is slimeball Michael Cooper tries to bash it more and take it private for an even lower amount. This is 100% speculation on my part.
