Almost certainly just a portfolio purchase IMO. And a smart buy at that. The upside for Artis far exceeds any downside risk, and unitholders are paid handsomely to wait.

Of course a statement from Edgepoint Wealth would be welcome. Failing that, I expect Edgepoint to be a formidable ally among minority investors in ensuring we don't get ripped off.
