RE:RE:Getting to Breakeven With Current $8.3mm Cash?Nightstocker: “Institutional Investment” … XTRA is miles away from attracting “conventional” Institutional Investors such as banks, insurance companies, pension funds etc with “conventional” being the operative term. XTRA at this stage doesn’t need this group. What XTRA needs is the unconventional / less conventional investor groups and high value individuals. There is an abundance of them out there. Theses are entities which are not interested in current P/E ratios but in somewhat predictable short / mid term P/E ratios. They make their money not on reaching profitability but on the path to profitability. A path which XTRA is certainly on.
Getting the attention of these entities is largely in the hands of XTRA by either bringing a well connected individual on board or by contracting one of the many companies specializing in this field. Something XTRA hasn’t done yet according to publicly available information.
XTRA’s secret sauce is to get these outstanding warrants and options exercised in order to grow while avoiding further dilution. Only one way to do this and that is a higher share price.
