NEUTRISCI ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTOR CHANGES

Vancouver, British Columbia – October 20, 2023 – NeutriSci International Inc. (“NeutriSci” or the “Company”)(TSX-V: NU, FRANKFURT: 1N9), an innovative technology company developing products, licencing, IP and technology for B2B partnerships and the nutraceutical industry, announces that Scott Ackerman has been appointed as a director of the Company.

The Company also announces that Jeff Durno and Dana Montenegro have resigned as directors of the Company. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Durno and Mr. Montenegro for their years of service to the Company.
