Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

RE:RE:Marine....IT's coming....sadly, you're right, Have to give it to you Marine, you are an external optimist. I initially had my own exit points dates for a buyout that should have been reasonable - in a normally functioning market place this deal would have been done and dusted by now - imo.

However, we are not in a normally functioning marketplace - there is a lot of uncertainty out there - inflation, interest rates, finance, wars, China (multiples of factors), energy etc etc the list goes on.

Therefore, imo if anything comes, and I don't think it will, in Nov it will be a low ball offer - which I wouldn't accept but it's not my call.

As mentioned, I don't think anything is coming in Nov because of the aforementioned reasons -  it looks like we will be moving through permitting alone for the next X years while we ride out the world's economic problems with Rio nibbling / diluting our positions as we go. Hopefully, during the permitting process the world economy recovers somewhat - which will put us and the share price back to where it should be for an asset of this size.
