Edgepoint seems 1-up on Sandpiper

Edgepoint seems 1-up on SandpiperSandpiper and Manji loved buying REITS very high, started Artis at $12 and D at $24.  Hell they suckered us into buying when manji was backing up the truck every week around $9.   Didnt see that artis would be in trouble with FFO/AFFO with huge high debt expense rolling

Edgepoint seems like the vulture that comes in now at $6-7 at these depressed levels.

I trust they are the "smart money".  If I cash out of my REITS at a good top in next few years I'll  have to examine their website and returns.   Might give them my money to manage.  Maybe we all should, as being in REITS from past year has been nothing but a mass-acre.
