Artis and NWH

Artis and NWHAre the only flicker of lights in this hated REIT sector.  If you own only artis, take a look at NWH.  They are more likely in my view to get a buyout of the entire REIT, as the former CEO has indicated he is going to propoe a transaction for the entire reit to the stategic review commitee on Oct 2.  He also forwarded his shares on SEDI for a future sale.  I expect that to be taken out shortly, while Artis is still a big question mark.

A liquidation even at say $9-10, while hostile to the real NAV, is decent liquidity on a big position and can instantly rotate in any CAD reit trading at near covid lows or lower.  In fact that would be the a great silver lining to this past months huge drop, if in fact these 2 reits deliver soon.

Samir and PDL- get it done!

Thank you
