RE:Shneps

RE:ShnepsFrom moral and ethical standpoints I felt I had no choice but to sell those PWR shares. The reasoning for this was I had been receiving (in my opinion) significant insider information through outside channels and knowing this information forced my hand to sell.
Indeed I have left a significant amount of money on the table but knowing what was forth coming and what the predetermined price was to be left me with no ethical choice.
My financial loss and my moral well being is more then acceptable to me.
The same reasoning stands for GRB.
As time and circumstances change this personal blackout period may also change.
GRB is aware of my buying and selling of shares through the NOBO list, as was previously presented.

As I have stated on numerous, numerous, numerous occassions I have found the projects interesting. Sage Ranch is a fantastic design by the architects and any community should be pleased with such a balanced economic lifestyle community. Unfortunately it has numerous issues currently related to it being developed. As for Montalva it should be a profitable project but 15+ years in development + costs and still no PPOA throws up red flags. Standing by for key milestones.

The whole process has been extremely educational for myself, learning the insights of what are placed forward and what is actually occuring in the background.
Nobody has any obligation to read my posts, anybody can block and nobody has to respond but part of the education is receiving the feedbacks. Peoples egos, emotional responses and the need to put information forward provides significant insights into who people are and what their motivations may be.

Look at the comments FloatsnJets just made related to the electricity rates. In the latest video it was stated that PR rate payers are paying 40c/kwh and PBJL's rate will be 10c-11c/kwh. Now Floatsnjets says that 40c price includes transmission and distribution (likely debt payments as well) and yet this is what the "delta" between what PR rate payers pay and GRB receives in revenue, forming the $1B difference.
There is a 10c savings for rate payers from Montalva but not the 20c-30c implied.
This is what happens through discussion and interactions.

30 hours per week?
Where does that come from?
Not even close.
