Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:Artis and NWHEdgepoint is still buying IMO. Taking a position larger than Sandpiper or Joyce is not out of the question. Or, at least matching their position before the end of Q4, then running the NCIB in December at full speed. Everyone wins, gap gets closed.
Catchtherally wrote: Agreed as I mentioned in the other post Edgepoint is releasing early warnings on a monthly basis. You do not see them privatizing these other companies. 60-70million is a smallish investment for their 24billion portfolio.
