Focus on longevity and expansion to build up and increase cash flow.
Zero debt in a few weeks.
Fields are not short life assets and will continue to produce.
Nong Yao and Wassana will add more production next two quarters, looks like another 5000 bpd.
Special dividend or share buyback mid next year.
Next years milestone, double production on Wassana and acquire another asset.
Target by 2026, become a 100,000 bpd company.
Still well below peers in market cap based on cash flow.
Lots more upside here mates! Wouldn't be surprised to see 10 bucks next year.
Yeah, the 100k boe/d production by 2026 was an eye opener.
Sean even mentioned that most would be skeptical of that target but that those some people would have been skeptical of VLE making it here from a simple cash position in 2020. He seems confident and even mentioned that key investor BG is not going anywhere.
Sounds like another 'transformative' transaction on the table for early to mid 2024. I think they'll use cash towards that but would be happy to see a share buyback started as well.
Tax credits coming....either sooner with reorganization....or later with Wassana buildout.
100k boe/d....depending how they get there...could create a $30 stock here...
