RE:RE:RE:Its is time, way past time !Correction. There CAN SOMETIMES be consequences for ruthless actions. The system doesn't make it easy. Credit the companies, including GRZ, for having managed to negotiate the very difficult ICSID process to the end.
Credit also the US courts and the whole US system for believing enough in property rights to let it get to this point.
There are many authority people in the world that would have just left GRZ and the others with nothing but maybe a little sympathy. Or not even that.
As I've said already, too bad for the thousands of people in Venezuela (and elsewhere) who had their businesses expropriated but had no recourse--either because they could only turn to the Venezuelan courts (in Chavez's / Maduro's pocket) or they were too small to be able to go the ICSID route.
Too bad it has taken so long. A decade, basically. Better late than never.
