I do not know if that was an outright purchase or SAAS. I was wondering the same myself. I am guessing it was an outright purchase but that is simply a guess. For those who may not know there are a few XTRA Facebook sites that have a lot of posts - that is where I found this information. Someone on one of the XTRA Facebook sites asked that a link to the article be posted but now with new rules in place it was not allowed. Ricardo on the site mentioned ' I can't post it because all media is banned on Facebook in Canada'.

That is why I suggested you find the full article by doing a google search.
