The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Snakey, you really should pay more attention to sentiment on the board. Most of us would never vote for a takeover of the entire REIT in the single digits; in fact you seem to be the only one eager to drop your pants for an opportunist.

Your fretting and pushing for a quick deal do nothing but undermine the position of minority unitholders. Fortunately, the rest of us have more self-control and would not be cowed by a crummy offer.
