The Company offers a full range of senior living options, including independent living (IL), assisted living (AL) and memory care (MC) under its Aspira retirement brand, long-term care (LTC), and specialized programs and services. RE:lawsuitsThat's old news.  The class action has not been Certified yet.  It was rescheduled from Jan/Feb 2023 to Jan. 15, 2024.

There may be some pressure to share price due to this, but even if it does get certified, the case will take some time to go before it goes to trial.  All in all, I think it's frivolous, and considering the global unpreparedness, how can you put blame on an institution that was following Governmental, and WHO Guidelines?
