Nothing that cant be fixed

I still stand that this REIT can be fixed in 1 year, they were too slow to recognize the important of asset sales, like what were they doing since Jan? Waiting for that UK venture to flop.

Big sale of a portfolio will rip this especially tax loss selling is over. Can see it getting back to $6 pretty fast. After that dividend is too small
