Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Good analysis. US dollar weakening and gold rising is also another indicator in my view that the fed is "done." Read this morning of a 30-year record on auto delinquencies in the Untied States - so much for the higher for longer narrative. Saw another report of a 3rd party job monitor note that mass layoffs are starting and we can expect to see a big uptick in unemployment in the coming weeks. It may lead the fed to cut quickly based on historical norms.
