Perhaps the slow realization that they need to keep cash above $15mm and in order to do that, FCF has to be close to positive, not just Adjusted EBITDA. But it could also be that revenues aren't tracking where they had hoped.

This seems like a quarter during which they should be considering re-confirming guidance if they can.
