Whats criminal is the previous Directors; paying themselves fee's for simply doing nothing. A signed MOU with India which means 'jack-S'; then putting EPO in more debt due to a commission on that MOU; which means 'jack-S'. 
Where is the Government in all this? Empty promisses and thats it. Where is the engineering studies, assuming they got finished. 
Present Management - there is a way; there is a contracting stategy that can be used to build this mine. Would you give up a little more than you thought - YES you would. But the mine will get built; think big picture here, think about how the mine can generate employment, think of the positives the mine will bring to the FN community. I know you are but come on ..... get it in motion, really!
