Ya, so it seems some websites displaying incorrect info. I was thrown for a loop when Pierre, I assumed, thought BPYP were common shares and went on about NAV.

I assumed Brookfield took BPY private, and you couldn't buy BPY common shares. When I "saw" what Pierre saw, I threw my hands up and said "I give up" trying to understand.

All just my opinion/view/thinking
