Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,380,979 shares at a deemed price of 6.75 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $93,216.

Number of creditors: 18 creditors

Total non-arm's-length party involvement: $30,000, 444,444 shares at 6.75 cents (one party)

Total pro group involvement: $3,000, 44,445 shares at 6.75 cents (two pro groups)
