I understand. I've been on other board and I realized 90% of the people I disagreed with were well intentioned. When the message is delivered with respect, It's a invitation to dig to understand the view of others and often, see things from a different perspective.

If I listen only to point of views similar to mine I'm missing something. It can be done respectfully!
