Dear Pip,
No pip, there is no need to worry about a REEs and magnet metals export ban out of China. They surely they would not do that.
No, you are right Ucore will never be a stock worth more that a few dollars. It will never get to 75 dollars a share. Simplely no way that can happen.
You can roll over that IRA and buy Ucore real cheap at the next RO.
