M3 has an 20% carry on surrounding lands (with some work committments).
M3 has a $5M market cap and 
You'll want to dig deep, because M3's website doesn't say much.

interesting, M3 also has a project in California (bad for mining, ja?). The project is in eastern San Bernardino County, which has active mines and is reasonably mining friendly, though on US BLM land.  M3 says: "The Lakshmi properties comprise 96 staked BLM and County registered lode mining claims covering 2,641 acres (761 hectares). The claims encompass a 9km strike length of exposed Barstow Formation clay-rich sediments containing anomalous levels of lithium."
