SP Dilution

Simply put, at 1 USD the share price is hardly diluted. If they did that before the reverse split they would get more money or would sell less volume of shares. I don't know, in which university Paul Levesque did his studies. Surely it's not a one you recommend to a small manager.
The market will align immediately meaning the share will collapse soon and our money is gone!
