Quebec Nurses Strike

Quebec Nurses StrikeTens of thousands of Quebec health care professionals, including nurses, are expected to go on strike in November. This will hopefully drive some short term demand for PHA, maybe give them that extra boost in revenue to close the SSI deal. Also another reason Quebec can't completely shut out agencies, without them there's no alternative or backup (imo).
