nat gas inventories out..

nat gas inventories out..Forcast was suppossed to be 80 BCF..5 year average is 66 BCF..what triggered nat gas up 8% ??
alot colder weather next week or is it a new contract month...see below...dwdc

For the week of October 14 - Oct 20, natural gas storage levels increased by 74 BCF to 3700 BCF. Current inventories are 183 BCF or 5% above the 5-year average while inventories are 313 BCF or 9% above year-ago level
