RE:SIBWhat a waste of $1.5B imo (pun intended), why don't they use that to buy something for the first time since 1989?
And bupkis for a divi increase, no special divi either.
Just buying back shares when high priced.
Because that factors in to year end bonuses. Nothing for shareholders.
