Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. We’ll hear an update on what fox has been cryin and moanin about for 3 months...the pancan phase 111.....logic says the market should like this news and we should see a healthy surge in our share price.....but, well, logic seldom seems to apply with the way oncy trades
