I agree will you on Ucore needing cash. But that is not the question we need answers to at this time. Does Ucore have enough cash at this time to get the Demo plant to the point it can start testing the mixed concertrate sample the DOD shipped in. Because then Ucore can draw on that 4 million from DOD while testing that sample. Plus the 4 million Award is opened ended. The more China shuts down Exports the more money DOD will through at Ucore to get LA on line as quick as possible.
