oh Dave, given the number of posts you make regardingGerman legalziation, you'd think you'd have a better grasp of what the reality of it it.

Retail investors have no resaon to jump on it - the watered down legislation at this point, really doesnt amoumt to anything for 'retail investors' to jump on.
While you imply it's a legalziation similar to Canada's - 'informed' retail investors know that it's far from it.

Otehr EU countries are looking at it, yes - but 'man are close behind Germany' is a stretch.

Chatting on another site, I believe many Retail Investors are not jumping in on German News YET, due to the BS going on in Washington.

Waiting until the German laws come into effect January 1, 2024.

I know many EU countries are close behind Germany
