oh vulcan, the sale of recreational cannabis is legal

oh vulcan, the sale of recreational cannabis is legalin 23 states - 40 dtates counting medical.
Germany is expanding, in a limited way with early stage recreational and medical.

Can you explain how the Germans, who haven't legalized, are 'setting the bar' for the U.S. to follow?
It's a pointless argument - but following the logic, why should the US follow Germany's lead as opposed to, oh I don't know - maybe Canada?

Who actually has legalized?

RE:Tilray Brands - German Cannabis Legalization Update

The americans should follow.. read and take note.. then perhaps usa legalization would move forward..  or when the Republican  party has destroyed any inkling that they could govern more then thier  own self interest... things will move forward.. it great that we are not dependant  on us legalization..  although that would be great...  we are well diversified and have world interest ...jmho cheers
