RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:sweet hourly chart......Sure...that's all true. What happens though when "faith" in the US fiat fails? You do realize that US debt is going parabolic now and debt service follows. Think of it as if you had 12 credit cards and every time you maxxed out one you used another to pay the minimum on the 1st while you maxxed out the 2nd...then the 3d....then the 4th....eventually debt service uses up all your available credit and you default. While the US can always manufacture another credit card who will be left that will trust them to make good on it?
Under this scenario you can carry on for a long while but eventually you run out of runway.
T Bills at 5% AND bitcoin are indeed competition with gold but the bet is that won't last. Why are central banks big buyers? What do they know? Why would they bother if its just a barbaric relic? Why is gold at record highs in many currencies? How come we still don't use the British Sterling anymore?
