Dubuc has done this in the past...Small purchase which in my opinion means nothing,,,Too clever by half
If Dubuc and others want to make a statement they should collectively buy at least 100 000 shares as a minimum

This insider purchase is a non event.....just a smoke screen imo ,,,,,unless followed by way more
