Milocat...historically the time to buy gold is Sept-and hold it until March. Never goes in a straight line-what does?-but fairly reliable seasonal pattern. Interestingly I find that juniour gold stocks are a month or so behind the metal itself usually. If gold is going to break out it should do it before May-and the conditions are as good as they have ever been for a major re-evaluation of Gold, from the potential for a significant black swan political event to the record breaking debasement of major currencies. The odds of a significant breakout happening have never been higher.

@TonyLovesGold BMO woke up hungry today. They just bought 77k shares between $0.42 and $0.43 Canadian....

@milocat there is 167K at .445 If we take that out in the near future I think we are at .60 quickly. Hopefully we are cashed up enough that this year we won't have to kill the rally with a financing just as the party gets started. The lack of insider of activity continues to intrigue-with some companies, a lot of them, no insider activity is the norm but at NHK the opposite is true. I feel we are going an answer sooner rather than later.

@SleepingSilas "I wish I had an Act like that to shut my wife up when she gets annoying" I just spat out a piece of my lunch reading that.

@TonyLovesGold Thanks SS. I have been at this gold thing so long that I have become a skeptic as far as the price of gold and where it should be. I would be beyond delighted if it continues higher and settles well above $2k US given the many uncertainties in the world. Actually given all of these uncertainties a price of $3k per ounce US would be more accurate and even undervalued being that the strongest paper in the world (USD) is approaching $35 TRILLION in debt. It would only catch up if it traded at $3k per ounce US. I repeat when the US economy finally cracks so will the USD and US rates. I would like to see what the excuse is then for this constant suppression of gold. It will happen and the gold market will be overwhelmed with purchases and rip higher. It has to. Central banks are many things but not stupid and they have been adding the metal at historic rates. Lastly, I have been seeing less of those overnight raids on the pog where they would sell a massive amount of paper gold when liquidity is at its worst in the middle of the let's say the US night. Like at 3am. They drive it down $30 US in 5 min and people wake up and say WTF happened. Nothing happened but textbook manipulation. Perhaps the $920 million in fines JPMORGAN paid a couple of years back (look it up) for manipulating gold and treasuries has settled this practice down a bit. Let's go NHK. An undiscovered ...

@TonyLovesGold One more point. The more indicated and very economically viable OP ounces NHK can prove up the better the FS will look. We all know that OP ounces are A LOT more predictable as far as the value of the project than UG ounces are. There are many variables that can effect UG mining that will never effect OP mining. I was told by my pal Allan the head of IR last week that ALL options are on the table. They can even continue to de-risk this project by making it smaller for the FS. Perhaps not smaller in years but ounces. Those ounces would be more reliable and make this project's capex much lower and more predictable for a buyer. Likely producing spectacular projections. The bottom line is that NHK has MANY options to ponder depending on the gold market/general market conditions...
