RE:RE:SASB

RE:RE:SASBprevious operators (Toreador & Stratic) were very successful in getting gas, their problem was huge debt that couldnt pay (600m investment just in infrastructure alone) as price of gas nosedived after 2007 financial crisis...

Their wells were straight and short.  Problem with Trillion's is they designed them as long reach and wide = more water pressure.  They plan to fix it with ESP pumps.

After todays news release, the backout problems seems to be more or less fixed with the compressor, hence the 7 mmcfd from today.  They should be able to get 9-10 mmcfd by the end of the week without ESPs...

Imo this is a no brainer to start a position at current prices.  Revenue today = 7056mcfd*12.33$/mcf = $87k usd/day = 2.6m usd/month = 31.2m usd/ year.

Those wells tested 30 mmcfd.  They are only getting 7 today from only 2 wells without ESPs.  If ESPs work as intended they should beat guidance by a lot.  At current gas production and share price this is a clear buy again imo.
