Bought shares at 28 cents prior to split

Bought shares at 28 cents prior to splitIs this thing just slowly going to zero? stupidly bought $11,000 worth and now thats worth $2,500
Luckily didn't buy more as I was going to buy another $15,000 worth. Company seemed to have some promise and not be an absolute scam with Sprott financing them but obviously no one wants to hold on to the shares and the company does't seem worried at all of share value, maybe they'll just split again and we'll be at 28 cents again 80% down from here. Does this company have any value or promise?
