RE:RE:RE:NR Highlights Ark, not sure what your issue is with the news. The 2 key points:
1. The land package is smaller.....I guess they wanted some land back for their hydrogen gen purposes.
2. They wanted a say in how the drilling is done.....my guess here is that by forcing everything to horizontal, we will need to drill less holes for the same production. Proton was on the hook for 30% of costs beyond 5 wells, so the fewer holes we need to drill the less costs to them. Based on the impairment notice someone posted a few days ago, I guess their PE owners are looking to keep costs at a minimum so they don't have to inject more capital before revenue starts.
3. The date is Nov. 30th to give themselves soem runway.....they ned to get the licese reinstated and a rig mobilized, so they need time to make sure that can happen. Doesn't mean it won't spud before the end of month. Keep an eye in the Sask govt licensing site, license can happen any day. The we wait to see rig movement. In regards ti 60 fays between wells, maybe they have just smartened uo a bit and are giving themselves extra time "just in case". Again, it doesn;t mean it can't happen before that time.
Everything else remains the same, or it would have been clarified in the release. This is what we wanted and should be the start of a steady newsflow to the end of the year. GLTA.
